“There’s no condom for a pen” – Khushwant Singh
I am fairly sure that you might discover these words mentioned above a little disturbing or to better explain too blunt to be cited as a plaza which is all about books, culture and high moral values. But consider these from a point of view of a man who has been in this world for 99 years and seen it all. Who understand how people celebrate in alone when others are sad and console them in public. Frankly on a personal level I am very much in favor of what these words are attempting to communicate, as because when the world and everything in it has lost the tinge of originality at least the sentiments and words printed on paper should hold a light of truth. And this is exactly what Khushwant Singh, a Sikh with untamed humor is trying to convey with these.

This is some other sting of harsh fact, this man has given to us all, and with it he told us how and why senses or to put better common sense is something with works better when one’s belly is full.
I am sure after reading all what I have introduced to you till now must have raised a questing in your head, that’s why today is we discuss about a human being and his saying who has always waited for this state with facts as they are, who never tried to sugar coat them moreover never even swore out a glass of water which can help in consuming those hearts tearing facts in easiest way.
Well, to mention the fact we are here today to pay our tribute to his man ‘ Singh’ who served not just this country, but the world with his raw yet heart touching writing skills, a man who was really capable of making you suffer in front of the mirror and introduce you to the material self. Only if you’ll take me, I am in no mood to act so, as if we did so I have to live with the fact that he can no more be counted in the living or there would be no more future books from his cogitation, and believe it or not, no matter how straight on the face this man was I use to love all what he use to come upwards with.
As a matter of fact, some of his books like “train to Pakistan’ helped me understand this globe with a different point of view, or I can allege with a much mature point of opinion.
Only facts are something we all can never brush aside, yet if they are telling you that the person you use to admire and look forward at is no more to avail you with his witty comments, in fact facing the truth is what this man has been teaching us since forever. Altogether you can decide is either you want to find humour or fun part in those three lines of life or you want to call out loud.
But even before we all rise and pray to god to bless his soul (even though I am certain he must be receiving a blast at that place with his witty remarks) I personally request you to take what he has gifted to all, as only then you’ll get to know what a man he was and how tough competition he is still for you if your girl still likes him.
Finally to rest my pen In peace, this complete week I am starting to partake in some of the real life turning facts I have discovered with the aid of books Mr. Singh has shown us, thence make sure you remain plugged into.
